Graduates will acquire knowledge, competencies, professional attitude and abilities required in halal food product and food trade in Malaysia.

Programme Objectives
Dip. Foodservice Halal Practice
The Diploma in Foodservice (Halal Practise) programme shall produce semi-professional who are:
- Able to deliver critical knowledge based understandings, coherent with highly develop technical skills and projected in a polished attitude in Foodservice (Halal Practice).
- Effective in communication and able to prepare them with social skills, leadership qualities and willing to be responsible towards developing country and community.
- Able to develop and adapt some key analytical and technical skill in dealing with the preparation and handling of Halal food based on Malaysian standard.
- Able to demonstrate entrepreneurial traits and facilitate the needs of lifelong learning for self enhancement.
Dip. Tourism Management
The Diploma in Tourism Management programme shall produce semi-professionals who are:
- Able to deliver critical knowledge based understandings, coherent with highly develop technical skills and projected in a polished attitude in tourism fields.
- Effective in communication and able to prepares them with social skills, leadership qualities and willing to be responsible towards developing country and community.
